— Re: Orders
- Be 100% sure before placing an order. Cancellation is strictly not allowed!
- Bogus Buyers and Joy Reservers will be heavily penalized ****to make up for my wasted time, money, and effort.
- Penalties for Cancelled Orders
- Transferring of slot/s is allowed. However, please ensure that the new buyer has agreed to the Terms and Conditions stated here.
- No rush orders, especially for orders under PRE-ORDER. Pasabuys & Tingis will require your utmost patience as your items will go through multiple stages. Please be reminded that the long consolidation process and travel of your items takes a lot of time.
- Many items are secured and/or processed via trusted shop/s and supplier/s. For privacy and security purposes on my end, shop and supplier information are kept confidential. Rest assured that I will relay updates as much as I can!
- Please be aware that most of my items are sold at a profit as compensation for the time and effort I put into handling orders. This also helps me create enough emergency resources in the rare cases of supplier scams and/or bogus buyers and/or joy reservers. In exchange, I will hold myself accountable for any mishaps on my supplier's end and will compensate for unfulfilled orders via refunds and/or item exchanges.

- Keep in mind that the shipment and courier handling are beyond my control, and I will not be held liable for any damages caused by them.
- I will also not be liable for any product defects caused by the manufacturer (i.e. missing photocard, misprint, etc.)
- For items with an outbox, please be reminded that the outbox is for the protection of the item. With this, a damaged outbox will not be subject to any refunds or returns.
- Fully paid items that are held at my main local address for over thirty (30) days will be considered unclaimed and will be subjected for disposal.

- Please be aware and be reminded of the Deadline of Payment (DOP) for your orders. Extension of DOP is NOT allowed. Failure to submit your payment on time will result in the cancellation of your order.
- Please remember to double-check recipient details before sending your payments. I will not be held liable for payments sent to the wrong account due to the carelessness of the buyer.
- NO PROOF OF PAYMENT = NO PAYMENT. Kindly notify me when you have sent a payment by sending the receipt via DM (ONHAND ITEMS) and/or EMAIL (PASABUYS and TINGIS). Otherwise, I may not be able to identify and/or record your payment.
- Each payment is also subject to validation before being recorded.
- All payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE unless I have failed to secure your order/s.
- Make sure that you will deposit the exact or RIGHT AMOUNT only to avoid inconvenience on both ends as we will no longer deduct or refund excess payments.

- Shipping every Saturday only.
- Shipping details will be collected and link(s) for checkout will be sent once you are already paid for the items that you have ordered.
- Combined shipping with other orders is allowed.
- Give me 3 - 5 days to pack your order.
- I won’t be held liable for any delays, losses, and mishandlings made by the local couriers. Please be reminded that these are already beyond my control as a seller. I will be declaring the value of the item(s) if shipping via Gogo Xpress, and Same Day Delivery directly. This will be the amount subject to refund in case of loss made by the local couriers. For Shopee Checkout, kindly checkout at your own risk! I won’t be issuing any refunds in case the parcel gets lost due to the courier’s fault.
- please only enter accurate and precise information, as well as active communication channels on the form. your courier will need these to be able to contact you. if i am unable to reach out to you due to wrong details inputted on this form, i will not be held liable if you are unable to receive your item/s.
- while i will not be liable for any issues caused by shipping courier mishandling, rest assured that i will do our best to ensure that your package is packed properly before handing it to the courier to avoid any item damages.
- Items will always be packed with layers of bubble wrap. Paper goods will be packed using cartons as well. Rest assured that I will be sending pictures of the items before shipping them out.
- Refunds or Compensation Fees will be allowed in case the item/s delivered has damages due to poor packaging of the seller, and the item/s received is incomplete or wrong. Please remember that I won’t be issuing any refunds or compensation fees if there is no video proof. Do keep in mind that shipping and courier handling are beyond my control.
- Kindly track and coordinate with the courier on your own once the items have been shipped.
- In the case of Return to Sender (RTS), I will re-ship your order once it is returned to me. All additional fees will be shouldered by the buyer.
