re : orders
- strictly no cancellation of orders once i've confirmed your order. please remember that i have to put in time, money, and effort to secure items, track orders, and arrange logistics for order fulfillment.
- however, i may permit cancellation requests for any of the situations below :
- i may also cancel your order w/o prior notice under any of the situations below :
- i allow "pasalo slots" or the transferring of your reservation to someone else, provided that i am informed immediately and that they will abide by these t&cs as well!
- bogus buyers and reservers will be heavily penalized to make up for my wasted time, money, and effort.
- penalties may include but are not limited to :
- no rush orders especially for pre-ordered items (unless allowed otherwise). pasabuys will require your utmost patience as your items will go through multiple stages. please be reminded that the long consolidation process and travel via sea helps reduce expenses and lowers the total price. if you'd like to receive your items as soon as possible, feel free to order directly from kr websites at the cost of shouldering higher shipping fees alone.

- many items are secured and/or processed via trusted suppliers. for privacy and security purposes on my end, supplier information will be kept confidential*. however, rest assured that i will relay updates and post proof as often as i can!
- please be aware that most of my items are sold at a profit as compensation for the time and effort i put into handling orders. this also helps me create enough emergency resources in the rare cases of supplier scams and/or bogus buyers and/or joy reservers. in exchange, i will hold myself accountable for any mishaps on my supplier's end* and will compensate for unfulfilled orders via refunds* (to be sent within a week) and/or item exchanges.

re : payments
- please remember to pay on or before the dop! if you are unable to pay on time due to what i consider as valid reasons, please let me know at least 24 hours before the dop. i may or may not charge fees of php 50-100 per day for late payments. maximum extension of one month.
- i will not ship out orders with balances / high amounts of unpaid packing fees to their respective current buyers
- fully settled balance within extended dop = will ship to buyer
- unpaid balances after extended dop (regardless of payment progress) = marked as unclaimed
- please remember to double-check recipient details before sending your payments. i will not be held liable for payments sent to the wrong account due to the carelessness of the buyer. no payment received = recorded as unpaid.
- kindly notify me when you have sent a payment by sending the receipt via dm and/or indicating your username + order details on the payment channel's remarks section. otherwise, i may not be able to record or identify your payment since i don't always check my transaction history. no notification from you = no payment, and each payment is subject to validation before being recorded.
re : processing and sorting of items
- again, please keep in mind that the shipment and courier handling are beyond our control and i will not be held liable for any damages caused by them.
- i will also not be liable for any product defects caused by the manufacturer (i.e. missing photocard, misprint, etc.)
- for items with an outbox, please be reminded that the outbox is for the protection of the item. with this, a damaged outbox will not be subject to any refunds or returns.
- i will not be held liable for undisclosed defects on items purchased from bunjang and yangdo (ebay / carousell but for koreans), as many korean sellers may not disclose certain marks / dents even when asked directly. please manage your expectations when it comes to the condition of items purchased from such platforms.
- re : inclusions pooling, terms vary per type of inclusion. unless otherwise stated, anything inside the album is not up for pooling, while everything on the outside is. this is because i would like to refrain from having to unseal your albums to extract the inclusions, while pobs can be easily distributed. pooling is mostly done on a first-to-pay (full payment) basis, though i may sometimes grant the privilege of a high pooling rank
- to buyers who fit any of the following criteria :
- fully paid items that are held at my main ph address for over thirty (30) days will be considered unclaimed.
- day 1 of the item being held at the ph address is marked by the following significant events (whichever is later) :
re : shipping and delivery
- i will not be liable for any damages, delays, parcel tampering, and losses that may occur while the package is in the kr / international / local courier’s possession.
- packaging and local shipping courier preferences will be collected via my **shipping forms** in order to be correctly processed ; no form entry = no shipment. there are separate forms for pre-ordered vs. onhand items, so kindly wait for the corresponding link to be forwarded to you upon arrival of the items at the ph port for pre-ordered items (soon-to-be-onhand) and only when the total amount due has been settled for onhand items to prevent having to make several confusing changes along the way. corresponding fees (if any) will also be collected during these periods.
- if you insist on having your orders shipped even without a shipping form entry, please be reminded that i will not be held responsible for any negative feelings caused by unsatisfactory packaging and/or freebies. however, rest assured that i will still do my best to securely pack your items.
- please only enter accurate and precise information, as well as active communication channels on the form. your courier will need these to be able to contact you. if i am unable to reach out to you due to wrong details inputted on this form, i will not be held liable if you are unable to receive your item/s.
- all items are packed with branding materials + several layers of bubble wrap + simple freebies ; thin items such as photocards are packed with 3-4 layers of thick carton. in order to partially compensate for the cost of these materials, i charge a packaging fee of php 10-15 for light items, and php 20-25 for bulky items. unless otherwise stated, the prices posted for each item are exclusive of packaging fees. requesting for added layers of packaging will incur additional charges.
- while i will not be liable for any issues caused by shipping courier mishandling, rest assured that i will do our best to ensure that your package is packed properly before handing it to the courier to avoid any item damages. a packaging documentation will be sent individually containing our packing process for your item/s.
- once i have shipped out your orders, it is the buyer's responsibility to monitor the status of their parcel through in-app notifications or automatically-generated messages containing tracking numbers + URLs.
- it is the buyer's responsibility to reach out to us and/or the local shipping courier if they have not received their package for an extended period of time since i shipped out their items.
re : communications between buyer & seller
- your personal information is safe with me and will not be shared with any third party other than local shipping couriers, unless if i receive your permission or if i am legally and/or morally obligated to do so. please uphold the same level of responsibility by not sharing my contact details w/o my permission and covering any personal information found on shipment waybills.
- updates will be coursed via the ff. modes of communication only (☆ = main) :
- ☆ regular status updates on masterlist + order tracker
- ☆ twitter dms in individual / group chats for major updates
- replies to master threads created by my updates account, @oncIoud9ine (mostly for major / quick updates only ; tweets will be forwarded via dms)
- email and/or text (mostly for major / urgent updates only ; only if explicitly requested by the buyer)
- inquiries, comments, suggestions, and concerns must be coursed via twitter only (unless if allowed otherwise). do not call or text my phone numbers unless if you've been explicitly permitted to do so. please remember that i have a life outside bns and that i'd like you to respect my privacy.
- to help ensure smooth communication, it is the buyer's responsibility to immediately inform the seller in the case that there are changes to their contact details, especially their twitter username.
- buyer is also responsible for informing me immediately in case of errors on the order confirmation and/or masterlist and/or order tracker.
re : buyer concerns
- please remember to be respectful at all times. your patience and understanding will be greatly appreciated! in turn, i'll do my best to provide frequent and detailed updates + a safe environment where you can freely voice out your concerns ><
- while you are free to publicly voice out any concerns and/or grievances regarding your transaction/s with me, i would greatly appreciate it if you could approach me privately beforehand so i may attempt to resolve such issues as soon as possible! at the minimum, calling me out directly > indirectly shading me, as i may not be aware of certain departments that i'm lacking in :( please remember that i too want to my best to provide a better experience for you as a buyer :DD
- i strongly advise you to document the opening of your parcel by filming an unboxing video so i can accommodate your concerns in the case that issues arise. any requests for returns, exchanges, and/or refunds will only be entertained if the buyer is able to present an unedited, properly-angled unboxing video as proof within 72 hours after the package is delivered at their address. no video proof = no refund, no exchanges, no returns.
